If your redirects or 404s are not logged then you can try this troubleshooting list:
- Have you enabled the logging option?
- Does your site use a cache? If so it may be caching hits and Redirection is unable to log anything. You will need to consult your caching software for more information.
- Are you using another plugin that could interfere with the logging? Some plugins take control over various parts of WordPress, preventing Redirection from logging. You could try disabling all other plugins and then re-enable them until you find the problem.
A lack of logging information is almost certainly specific to your site.
